Community Based Group Formation
Major contents: (phase I) socio-cultural classification of society and challenges of marginalized people, social needs and deprivation of rights, motivate marginalized target people to form group by different exercises, features of group, strengthen your group, different exercises, objective and activity planning, MIS and monitoring tools
Major contents: (phase II) group dynamics, cooperation coordination, conflict resolution, leadership and group management.
Duration: 3 days + 2 days (phase I + Phase II)
Advocacy Process and Networking
Major contents: Rights and gaps, definition and needs of advocacy for marginalized people, difference between advocacy and community mobilization, examples of different types of advocacy, advocacy cycle (detail five stages of advocacy) communication, networking through exercises, networking development guideline, develop your advocacy plan, resource directory
